Choose whether you're riding or driving, and follow the steps — each one tells you exactly where in the app to tap.

Create your profile
Where: Home → Book a seat
Tap Book a seat, choose Rider, and fill in your name, cellphone number, home suburb and work address. Registration is free.

Verify who you are
Where: Account page → Documents
Upload your ID or passport and take a live face selfie. Drivers only see your routes once these checks are approved — it keeps everyone safe.

Post your route request
Where: Find a lift (menu) → My route requests → Post a route
Add your from and to points, travel days and times, and the monthly amount you want to offer per seat. Your route stays private to verified drivers.

Watch your Bookings page
Where: Bookings (menu) → My bookings
When a driver invites you or answers your route, it shows here. You can accept their fare, make a new offer, or say no thanks — all in one place.

Pay for your seat
Where: Bookings → the confirmed booking → Pay
Pay by card through Paystack or instant EFT through Ozow. The driver's cellphone number and pickup details unlock the moment your payment shows as paid.

Manage your route
Where: Bookings → My route requests → Pause / Stop / Resume
Going away for a while? Pause your route so drivers stop seeing it, and Resume it when you're back. Nothing is ever deleted, so your history stays.

Renewals, cancelling and refunds
Where: Bookings → the month's booking
Renewal reminders arrive around the 25th of each month. Cancel or tap Request refund from the booking itself — after the driver has been paid for the month, these buttons lock and our team sorts any money questions with you directly.
